Mr. Rudolf Cech P. Eng, (APEGGA) graduated from the University of Ostrava in 1966, earning a M.Sc. in Mining Engineering. He joined Sproule Associates Limited in 1970 (formerly J.C.Sproule and Associates) in Calgary, becoming a Director of Sproule Associates Limited (1980-2006). He served as the VP Geology and subsequently as SR. VP International (1996-2006). In this role he led Sproule’s International Division providing extensive experience internationally in oil and gas reservoirs assessment within the context of diverse business and political environments. During his 37 years in the Canadian and international energy industry he was responsible for Marketing and Business Development of Evaluation services and Exploration in more than 30 countries. He has experience as expert witness in legal matters concerning oil and gas and mineral reserves and has presented several papers on the development of coal bed methane projects. He has extensive experience coordinating and managing teams to completion of development projects in Canada, the U.S. and worldwide. In 2006 Mr. Cech founded the consulting firm of Adur Energy Ltd.

Mr. Cech served as Director of Canadian Spirit Resources Inc., Petrox Resources Corp., as the CEO and President and Gold Ridge Exploration Corp., Stealth Ventures Ltd., Canadian Spirit Resources Inc. and Grand Power Logistics Group Inc.
